How to wake up early


Do you have problems waking up early in the morning?
Do you feel if you get up early you will have more time to do?
Do you know every single person in the world can change to early riser if just follow this 6 simple steps?



1. Reason

This is important! You have to have some kind of reason to get up early. This is something you’ll know will improve your life. The reason is the great motivator of doing something. So make sure to have in your mind why you want to be an early riser. For example I started to get up early because I found out that more than 80% of the successful people in the world are early risers. They think, do, create while the others sleep. When the normal person wake up in the morning, the successful person already know the news, make the plan of the day and is ready to action. This is my simple reason. Which is yours?

2. Vision

The secret of starting get up early is hidden in the evening before you go to sleep. Your mind act like a computer and you need to program it to rise up early. Your subconscious mind will do for you what you can’t, but you need to program it. It is very simple! When you are ready to sleep, take a look to the clock and notice what is the actual hour then close your eyes and visualize it ( it doesn’t matter if it is digital or normal clock, just make the picture of the clock in your mind clear). Make a simple action in your mind. Start moving the the clock ahead and stop to that hour you want to wake up. Let me give you an example. You go to bed at 11:30 pm. Close your eyes and visualize the hour. Then start moving the clock 12:00.. 12:30… 1:00 am… 1:30 am…. And so on. Let’s say you want to get up at 7:30 am. When you go to 7:30 stop and say “ I’ll wake up at that hour and I’ll be perfectly fresh, in good mood and ready to action”.

3. Desired hour

When you do step 2 start to repeat in your mind the hour you want to wake up. Repeat it at least ten times and then go to sleep. What is very good here is that many people have problems with the sleep because they think about problems, stress, bad relationship etc. These techniques clear your mind from those stressed thoughts and make you sleep better. So try it!

4. Immediate action

When your clock alarm ring at the morning you have to get up absolutely immediately. I don’t mean to jump at the middle of the room but sit at the bed and stretch your bodyf for example. Most of the people wake up when their alarm ring but then they just think like this: “Ohh I’ll sleep just 5 minutes more and go”. You have to make an immediate action before this thought goes to your mind. Just get up and sit in your bad. Period!

5. Glass of water

Make sure you have a glass of water next to your bad. When you get up, stretch your body take the glass and drink it. What happened is that your body and your mind take signals that you are already ready to wake up and you are in a leaving mode, not sleeping….

6. Positive thinking

A very important step! The first mind in your day is essential to your daily mood. I’ll give you an example. Imagine that you have some kind of time machine and you very well know that this particular day every single dream will come true. Let’s say you will find the perfect boy or girl, you will be promoted at work, you will be with your best friends, you will win the lottery etc. Then I’m absolutely sure that you will have no problems to wake up early even I think you will be impatient to start leaving that day? So, the first thought in your mind should be something like this: “This will be the perfect day in my life!” and then smile.
